Hello, this is Taehyun Kim, director of Sudden Attack Zero Point.

Today, I want to share a few changes to the roadmap from Dev Note #11, along with our update plans going forward.

Since Early Access, we have gone through your survey and community feedback side by side with actual gameplay data,
and re-evaluated which areas we should work on first.

Our conclusion: right now, the priority is updating more content faster, so there is simply more to play.

So, we have adjusted some of the development priorities from the roadmap we previously announced, and divided the Pre-Season into smaller stages, allowing us to roll out new maps, weapons, and gameplay content to meet your expectations.

We will also take a serious look at the things you ask for most, even when they were not on the original roadmap.
Custom Match is one example — it comes straight from players who want to play with friends on their own terms.

Throughout the Pre-Seasons, we will continue to introduce a variety of new content while improving the overall quality of the game based on your gameplay and feedback.

[09/10 UPDATE]

  • New Mode: 'Custom Match'

Custom Match is coming: you make your own room and invite other players in.

To get it out as fast as possible, the first version will be rather simple — the lobby leader can invite players directly, or they can share the invitation code for other players to join.
After that, we plan to add a room list, so you can see which rooms are open and jump into any of them.

Use it however you like: play with friends on the map you want, drill new tactics and team combinations,
or run a small tournament or scrim.

  • Exclusive Map for Custom Match: 'Supply Base - A'

'Supply Base - A', a map made just for Custom Match, is being added.

It is a compact map rebuilt around Sector A of the 3rd Supply Base, designed for a small group.
With its tight battlefield and simple attack routes, the map offers fast-paced combat where fights can break out very quickly.

The map is better suited to Custom Matches, where you can freely set the number of players, than standard 5v5 match queues.
Gather your friends to practice new tactics and team compositions, or simply enjoy intense small-scale battles.

New Bomb Defusal Mode Map: 'Dragon Road'

A new Bomb Defusal map, “Dragon Road,” is being added. Set in a large mansion, the map features a multi-level layout spanning from the basement to the third floor.

You can use signs and railings on the outside of buildings to infiltrate through unexpected routes, making how you use and counter these different entry paths a key factor in each match.

From fights that take advantage of stairs and different elevations to battles across distinct areas such as courtyards and alleyways, the map offers a variety of combat situations that encourage players to coordinate and take on different roles within the team.

[10/01 UPDATE]

  • Pre-Season 2 Begins

With the start of Pre-Season 2, RP will be reset, and rewards will be distributed based on the final tier you achieved in Pre-Season 1.

Starting with Pre-Season 2, a new Ranked reward system will also be introduced, allowing you to earn rewards each time you reach a new tier.

Match Queue improvements are coming as well, and we will keep working on the competitive experience using all the Ranked Match feedback you have sent since Early Access.

We will announce the specific Ranked Match changes once they are locked in.

  • New Weapon 'MPX'

A new submachine gun, the 'MPX', is being added.
The MPX is a modern SMG with excellent handling and steady recoil control.

[Update in Preparation]

  • Part Conversion System

We are preparing a system that will allow you to convert unwanted Parts and use them for other purposes.

By providing a new way to use Parts beyond the Black Market, we aim to expand your options for acquiring and utilizing Parts.

We will share more details on how the system works and its update schedule once everything is ready.

  • Clan System

We are preparing a Clan system that will give players a stronger sense of belonging and make it easier to play and connect with fellow Clan members.

The first version covers the basics: create your own clan or join one you like,
We also plan to introduce core community features such as a nametag that shows your clan name next to your nickname, and a dedicated chat for clan members.

From there, we will continue to expand the Clan system with additional features based on player activity and your feedback.

The whole development team is giving its best to make Sudden Attack Zero Point a better game.

As we continue working to provide a better experience, our update plans and schedules may be adjusted depending on development progress and other circumstances. We will continue to keep you informed of any changes and share updates on our progress.

Throughout the Pre-Seasons, we will continue to introduce a variety of content while closely reviewing your feedback and gameplay data and use those insights to improve the game step by step.

We sincerely appreciate your continued interest in and support for Sudden Attack Zero Point.
Thank you.
