Bans and Appeals Guide (Ban and Enforcement Policy)

Bans and Appeals Guide (Ban and Enforcement Policy)

Sudden Attack Zero Point (hereinafter "SAZ") is committed to providing a fair and safe environment for all players. This document explains what conduct may result in a ban, the types of bans that may be imposed, and how to appeal if you believe a ban is unjustified.

Why Accounts May Be Banned

SAZ issues bans for violations of the Terms of Service and EULA, particularly the Code of Conduct.

In this document, a "ban" means a measure taken under the Terms of Service to temporarily or permanently restrict access to the game and use of the service.

An account may be banned for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized programs that affect gameplay.
  • Attempting to bypass anti-cheat protection systems.
  • Exploiting bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using abusive language or hate speech, harassing others, or otherwise harming other players.
  • Engaging in account boosting or operating a farming operation.
  • Selling, transferring, or otherwise trading an account.
  • Trading in-game items or currency for cash or anything else of value.
  • Creating or using another account to evade a ban.
  • Using programs or features, such as macros or automated gameplay, that perform in-game actions without player input.
  • Disclosing or distributing other users' personal information without consent.

Note: External programs that interact with the game may be detected as anti-cheat violations even if you use them unintentionally. If you believe the ban was issued in error, please let us know through the Ban Appeals process below.

What Types of Bans May Be Imposed?

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, a temporary or permanent ban may be imposed.

  • Temporary Ban — Access to the game or certain features (such as chat) is restricted for a set period.
  • Permanent Ban — The account is permanently barred from using the service. This applies to serious violations such as cheating or repeated or malicious violations.
  • Hardware Ban — For serious violations such as cheating, a hardware ban may be imposed in addition to an account ban.

Can you provide detailed reasons for the ban?

SAZ uses both automated detection systems and reviews by dedicated staff when issuing bans.

If you submit an appeal, we will tell you what type of violation led to the ban.

However, we cannot disclose specific detection methods or detailed evidence. This is necessary to maintain the effectiveness of our security and anti-cheat systems and prevent that information from being used to bypass them. Thank you for your understanding.

Account security is the user's responsibility

The account owner is responsible for all activities that occur on the account.

Therefore, as a rule, a ban will remain in place even if the violation was committed by someone other than the account owner. Do not share or lend your account to anyone. Follow the security guidelines provided by your platform, including using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication.

Ban Appeals

If you believe the ban on your account was issued in error, you may submit an appeal.

How to Submit

  1. In the game lobby, press the Esc key and select Support (or click this link).
  2. Under Inquiry Type, select Ban Appeals.
  3. Include the following information:
    • Account information, such as your nickname and Steam ID
    • The notification or error code displayed when the ban was imposed
    • Why you believe the ban is unjustified and any relevant circumstances

The appropriate team will review the relevant account and enforcement records along with your submission and notify you of the outcome. If the review confirms that the ban was imposed in error, it will be lifted or adjusted. Repeated appeals regarding the same matter may be closed without further review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I buy or sell in-game items or accounts for real money?
No. Trading in-game items or accounts for cash or anything else of value is prohibited by the Terms of Service and may result in a ban. Users have no ownership or property rights in accounts, and transfers between users are not recognized.

Q. Can I use any external programs?
We cannot provide an exhaustive list of permitted programs. However, programs that compromise game integrity, provide an unfair advantage, or enable unauthorized features are not allowed. If you are unsure whether a program is allowed, we recommend that you not use it.

Q. Someone else used cheats on my account. Can you lift the ban?
No. The account owner is responsible for account security and all activity on the account, so as a rule, the ban will remain in place even if a third party committed the violation.

Q. Can I transfer items or progress from a banned account to another account?
No. Items and progress cannot be transferred from a banned account.

Q. I was banned. Can I get a refund for in-game purchases?
No. In-game purchases made on an account banned for violating the Terms of Service are not refundable.

Q. Can I appeal on behalf of someone else?
No. Only the account owner may contact us about account-related matters.

Q. How do I report other users?
Please report players suspected of engaging in bad game manners or using unauthorized programs through the in-game reporting feature or Support.
