Hello, everyone. This is Sudden Attack Zero Point.
We would like to thank everyone who plays the game and continuously shares a wide range of feedback with us.
Recently, we have received a number of opinions and inquiries regarding matchmaking wait times and the report system, so we would like to reduce any confusion and provide you with more accurate information.
Matchmaking is conducted on a per-server basis.
Matchmaking is based on the server you select when connecting to the game, and players on different servers are not matched with one another.
Therefore, there may be a difference between the total number of connected players and the number of players actually available for matchmaking, and matchmaking wait times may become longer depending on the server you select, the time of day you connect, and the number of players currently in matchmaking at that time.
To provide a smoother matchmaking environment, we will continuously monitor the matchmaking status of each server and inspect the related systems.
About the separate matchmaking pool and reporting
To protect a fair play environment, accounts on which abnormal gameplay has been identified may be assigned to a separate matchmaking pool, isolated from regular players.
Whether an account is assigned to the separate matchmaking pool is not determined by the number of reports alone.
Because we comprehensively review signs of abnormal gameplay through our proprietary security solution, NGS (Nexon Game Security), to make this determination, a user is not assigned to the separate matchmaking pool simply because many reports have been submitted against them.
Therefore, please use the report function when you genuinely suspect abnormal gameplay.
We will continue to inspect the matchmaking and report systems, and we will do our best to ensure that you can enjoy the game in a fairer and smoother environment.
Thank you.
